Commencement Suite Rentals

Watch your graduate walk across the stage from the privacy of your own suite!

UCF COMMENCEMENT SUITE RENTALS: 

Amenities include:

  • Group privacy within the suite
  • Handicap accessibility
  • Specialized food & beverage options (Food and Beverage is NOT included) 

Suite Rental Process:

  • Spring Ceremonies - Suite Rental Process will begin yearly in mid February. 
  • Summer Ceremonies - Suite Rental Process will begin yearly towards the end of June. 
  • Fall Ceremonies- Suite Rental Process will begin yearly towards the end of October. 

We no longer have available suite rental inventory for the following ceremonies…

  • December 12, 2026 at 9:00 am
  • December 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm


Please note: Limited inventory is available for the Spring/Summer/Fall ceremonies.  Access to suite inventory for the UCF Commencement ceremonies is first come first serve after the arena sends out our “official” follow up email once pricing has been set and available inventories known. There are no guarantees of access to suite inventory.

The arena does not have access to the Party Suites or the Loge area for UCF Commencement.
 

HIGH SCHOOL SUITE RENTALS: 
Suites are available for rent for all High School Ceremonies held at Addition Financial Arena.

Amenities include:

  • Group privacy within the suite
  • Handicap accessibility
  • Access to the VIP Entrance
  • Specialized food & beverage options (Food and Beverage is NOT included) 

Suite Rental Process:

  • The suite rental process begins around mid February each year for High School Graduation Ceremonies.
  • Options include our Traditional Suites (accommodates 20 guests), Party Suites (accommodates 30 guests), and our Loge seating area (accommodates 40 guests).
  • Pricing varies from year to year. Inventory varies from ceremony to ceremony.
  • Access to suite inventory for the High School ceremonies is first come first serve after the Arena sends out our “official” follow up email once pricing has been set and available inventories known. There are no guarantees of access to suite inventory.
