Accessibility Guide

ADA Accessible seating is available on Addition Financial Arena's main concourse level on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure that patrons with seating accessibility issues, disabilities, limited mobility and their guests have the same opportunities to enjoy any event within Addition Financial Arena, ADA ticket sales are available in person at the box office and online via Ticketmaster.

Accessible parking is available in parking Garage D and F. Garage D offers accessible parking on the ground floor, while Garage F includes an elevator and accessible access on all floors.

Please note that if you do need accessible parking, you still must pay for an event parking pass either in advance via Ticketmaster or upon entry on site.

Drop off locations for patrons are located at the corners of East Plaza Drive and Gemini Blvd and West Plaza Drive and Gemini Blvd.

Elevators to the second level main concourse are located on the West side of the arena lobby. These elevators make all levels of Addition Financial Arena accessible.

Addition Financial Arena welcomes patrons who require the use of a service animal when the animal has been individually trained or is in training to do work or perform tasks for the patron.

All other animals are prohibited. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at the facility.

Yes. However, wheelchairs are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. If you need assistance, please contact the nearest staff member when you arrive at Addition Financial Arena.
